• Analyze the challenges of our customers, their brand and their users with the team
• Translating complex information into easy-to-understand wireframes
• You are very familiar with user stories, scenarios, flows and customer journeys
• You are enthusiastic about trends and develop concepts that can make digital experiences even better
• You bring your ideas to a motivated team of strategists, designers, copywriters, developers and project managers
• You get to the heart of your thoughts and present them to the customer

• Relevant professional experience in the area of UXA, UX concept, UX design or as an information architect.
• Good knowledge of common programs such as Figma
• You want to create and give presentations
• Curiosity about digital trends and lots of your own ideas
• A basic technical understanding
• Quick comprehension and high motivation to learn new things
• A responsible, self-organized way of working in collaboration with other members of the team
• Constant curiosity about new and complex challenges
• An open and communicative way
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
