• Focus on craftsmanship and implementation (e.g. interface design, brand design and digital design systems)
• Translating strategic goals into a compelling design
• Support in the development of modules for platforms, websites & apps with the design and animation of content or states
• You impress with your standards of outstanding design and optimal user experience
• You are always at the forefront when it comes to new technologies and digital trends and contribute your knowledge to the team in the long term

• Relevant experience in UI design or digital design
• You have a strong sense of interface design — in addition to the visual level, this also includes functional aspects
• You have experience with digital platforms and design systems
• Portfolio with a clear digital focus
• A holistic, cross-media and touchpoint approach with high standards of design
• A high standard of quality and production safety as well as a basic understanding of animation, motion design and video editing.
• Quick comprehension and high motivation to learn new things
• A responsible, self-organized way of working in collaboration with other members of the team
• Constant curiosity about new and complex challenges
• An open and communicative way
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
